Water water everywhere...
Drink a huge glass of water-right now! Your hunger and thirst cues are right next to each other in your brain, so, sometimes you'll reach for a snack when all you needed was a drink! Always drink a full glass before meals-you'll feel fuller and you'll digest and process what you're eating a lot better. Be careful not to drink your calories though. Personally, I'd rather save up and eat mine than have a soda or a hot chocolate.
