This 5210 Program was implemented in Maine to help prevent childhood obesity, but if adults can follow the recomendations i tcan promote healthy habits as well!
5--servings of vegetables and fruits per day
2--hours OR LESS of screen time (Television, facebook, iPhone....)
1--hour (AT LEAST) of structured, planned,rigorous physical activity
0--cups of Soda, sports drinks, and fruity drinks. REALLY unnecessary calories. learn to love water.
